Meet the Living Legends at The Irish National Stud

The Irish National Stud & Gardens is thrilled to announce our Living Legends parade, taking place daily from April 25th to 28th! This parade is a celebration of our recently awarded “THEA” award for outstanding achievement in the Themed Entertainment Sector and a tribute to our beloved former racing champions.

The Living Legends parade is a rare opportunity for visitors to meet and greet some of Ireland’s most accomplished and renowned racehorses. This year’s parade features a stunning lineup of multiple Grade 1-winning household names, including Hurricane Fly, Faugheen, Beef or Salmon, and Hardy Eustace. The parade runs in conjunction with the Punchestown Racing Festival taking place at nearby Punchestown Racecourse. 

The Living Legends parade takes place daily from 11am to 12pm and is free to all visitors of The Irish National Stud & Gardens. It is a fantastic opportunity for children and adults alike to witness these majestic creatures up close and learn about their incredible racing careers. Visitors will also have the chance to take photos with the Living Legends and create lasting memories.

In addition to the Living Legends parade, visitors can also enjoy the foaling season at The Irish National Stud & Gardens, where they can witness the arrival of new foals and learn about the breeding process. Our expert guides are on hand to share their knowledge and answer any questions visitors may have.
