Egot wins Prix Servanne at Chantilly

Egot, 5yo son of Invincible Spirit was back to winning ways in yesterday’s Listed Prix Servanne at Chantilly. Trained by André Fabre for owner / breeders Godolphin, he was recording his sixth Stakes win.

Settled in midfield on inner, Jockey Bauyrzhan Murzabayev took closer order over two furlongs out, ridden along and led over 1 one furlong out, kept on well, driven out to win by one length.

 

Egot is the second foal out of Entertains (Street Cry) half-brother to 7f-9.5f winner Laser Show (inc at 2/UAE dirt; RPR 111); dam Australia Group-placed 6.7f-1m1f winner (98), half-sister to 6.5f-7f winner Outdoor (dam of Australian 6f/7f Gr 1 winner Trekking) out of 1m2f-12.5f Gr 1 winner.

 

Invincible Spirit is the  Sire of 262 Flat Stakes performers (75 Group winners, 71 other Stakes winners).
