The Irish National Stud & Gardens re-opens to the public on Monday 30th January and can be found on the outskirts of Kildare Town, just a short distance from the Kildare Village Shopping Centre.
Every year we welcome over 120,000 visitors who will experience the luxurious majesty of our thoroughbred horses and their babies, alongside the stunning award winning Japanese Gardens or our serene and spiritual garden dedicated to to St Fiachra.
Our friendly guided tours are available seven days a week and will walk and talk you through the background of the horse business.
We have welcomed over 10 foals in our maternity wing including the following cuties as below…

The Fairy Trail
For kids there is of course acres of space, a great playground and from March an amazing Fairy Trail complete with a map to spot the residents and family quiz. 
Come visit our Living Legends
Our Living Legends are another star attraction and visitors can get up close and personal to our five retired racing superstars living at the stud.
Food
Don’t forget to warm up before you leave in our ‘Japanese Gardens Restaurant’ where hot chocolate is a must or afternoon tea and warm scones. Check the Spring Menu here.
