Stakes race Glory for Promising Impulsive Dancer

Stakes race Glory for Promising Impulsive Dancer

7th Apr 2022

Having won by 8 lengths on debut and subsequently been purchased by the famous partnership of Simon Munir & Isaac Souede, Impulsive Dancer rewarded their investment with a first stakes victory when landing a Listed bumper by 3 lengths at Limerick last week. Now trained by champion trainer Willie Mullins, the 4yo son of Dragon Pulse travelled powerfully throughout the race under Miss Jodie Townend, tracking highly-regarded stablemate Mercurey before pouncing in the straight and opening up a three length gap in a matter of strides. Mullins commented after the races suggesting the Punchestown Champion Bumper as a potential target but also hinted at the possibility for Impulsive Dancer to continue racing through the summer with big flat targets in mind. We would like to wish all connections of Impulsive Dancer the best of luck going forward with this exciting gelding.
