Invincible Spirit proved once again that he is the King of Speed, producing two impressive winners across Europe in one weekend.
Invincible Spirit continues to provide high level winners and his daughters continued this with wins in France and England. The first one, Ideal Beauty, was incredible during the French Guineas weekend, winning the Prix De Saint-Georges Group 3 Stakes. The 3 year old filly, trained by Andre Fabre won the second victory of her career and proved that she is tough, competing with older more experienced rivals. Ridden by jockey Mickael Barzalona, the pair travelled well, weaving in and out of their rivals to take the advantage and win impressively.
Ideal Beauty is out of the dam Discernable and is owned and bred by Godolphin. We are excited to see what is in store next for this filly. Congratulations to the connections!
On Monday 17th of May in England, Potapova impressed winning the racingtv.com Fillies´ Novice Stakes at Redcar for her sire. This incredible 3 year old filly ran once as a two year old at Chelmsford and won impressively, leaving no chance to her rivals. Sir Michael Stoute, her trainer, gave her a break after this victory which she followed up by winning in style. With Daniel Tudhope as her jockey, the pair travelled easily and picked up quickly to win by 3/4 lengths, ‘She is a very smart filly, she has bigger things to look forward to’.
Bred and owned by Cheveley Park Stud, Potapova is out of the dam Safina herself bred and owned by the English Stud. She holds an entry in the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot and we look forward to her next run.
Congratulations to the connections!
Both fillies again prove that Invincible Spirit is indeed the King of Speed.
