Group Winner for Free Eagle

Dancing King was a gutsy front-running winner for Free Eagle when landing the Group 3 March Stakes at Goodwood for Mark Johnston and Joe Fanning. Bounced out in front from the stalls, Dancing King set a good pace throughout the race. Odds-on favourite Nagano came out of the pack from off the pace to challenge Dancing King in the straight but the son of Free Eagle would not be denied and saw off Nagano’s effort to win by a head.
