DRAGON PULSE has hit the ground running this year bagging four races in four days. Pulsating was the headline act and followed up a cosy win a few days before Christmas. Six furlongs appears to be her optimum as she scored twice at the trip on consecutive days. This filly is a model of consistency with 35 starts under her belt – 18 of them in the ribbons.
Another consistent performer, William Knight’s 4YO Unit Of Assessment, also scored comfortably last week when the obliging favourite under Adam Kirby. Bred by Barbara Facchino’s Barouche Stud, he had been placed five times already, beaten just a neck last time.
Finally Craig Buckingham’s 3YO, Magic Pulse captured her second victory over the minimum trip on 5th January. The speed machine is clearly progressive and she took the race in good style. Bought for €11,000 at Fairyhouse last year from Coonogue Stud she looks to have a bright future for her owner.
The future for our young stallion also looks exciting and another year full of winners is promised! With a massive 48% winners to lifetime runners record, DRAGON PULSE is quickly becoming a trainer’s sire. Speedy and genuine, they win and win!
