Anamoine Ltd continue to support series of races in 2012 to promote their stallion Big Bad Bob
Anamoine Ltd has generously agreed to renew their support of the Curragh this year to promote their stallion Big Bad Bob. Three races will carry the name of Big Bad Bob including the Gladness Stakes on Sunday 22nd April. This Group 3 contest has been won in the past by top class performers including Nijinsky, Lomond, El Grand Senor and Giant’s Causeway, while Lolly for Dolly landed the race last year
Other races include a Maiden for 3 and 4 year olds at the opening day of the season on Sunday 25th March and a high class maiden for 2 year olds during the Abu Dhabi Irish Guineas Festival on 27th May
Big Bad Bob, who resides at the Irish National Stud, has enjoyed huge success since retiring to stud with big race winners including Bible Beat, Berg Bahn, Bankster’s Bonus, Spanish Duke and Bob Le Beau. He is again proving popular with breeders this year with an impressive book of mares booked to him,
